Kingscote Administration Building

Located across Lakewood Avenue from its architectural inspiration, the Mansion, Kingscote is the university’s main administration building, housing the offices of the president, institutional advancement, alumni affairs, and data management.

Made of brick, gray stucco, terra cotta and marble, Kingscote was designed in the Georgian style. Kingscote was built in 1901 for the Gould’s eldest son, Kingdon, and was originally named King’s Court.
