Vaccinium macrocarpon
American Cranberry
Ericaceae. 15cm.

Commercial cranberry plant. Vine with many small evergreen leaves, and occasional upright stems. White flowers appear in early summer. Red fruit ripens in autumn. Grows in bogs. Photographed at Webbs Mill Bog along Route 539, and Double Trouble State Park.
