Ericaceae. 10cm.

Prostrate groundcover, with hairy stems. Leaves are oval, leathery in appearance, often horizontal and large. Flowers are fragrant pink or white tubes, occurring in clusters in early spring. Common in dry wooded areas. Photographed at Lake Carasaljo Municipal Park.
