The Office of Facilities is responsible for providing recycling and custodial services, housekeeping services, grounds operations, maintenance and repair services, event support, environmental services, pest control, mechanical maintenance, utilities plant operations, automotive services, as well as the administrative tasks of cost accounting; budgeting, document management, employee training and payroll administration.
This service-oriented office reports to the Vice President for Mission and Business Affairs with a mission to support the University by maintaining and improving a safe, healthy and secure campus for the entire university community while seeking to preserve and enhance the unique quality, beauty and integrity of the campus so rich in historic tradition.
