GCU’s Nanny Rose School of Etiquette Brings Table Manners Home
Fun, Relaxed “School” Provides Lesson in Dining Etiquette for Children
Lakewood, N.J., Oct. 9, 2008—Back by popular demand! Nanny Rose and her domestic Olivia return to GCU with their lessons on how to teach children (ages 5 to 12) to eat without their elbows on the table. In this delightful 90-minute program, your young ladies and gentlemen can learn proper manners and etiquette for dining at private or public affairs in a relaxed, entertaining atmosphere. The Nanny Rose School of Etiquette will have two weekend performances: Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 2, both at 1:00 p.m. in The Mansion on GCU’s Lakewood campus.
According to a poll by Public Agenda Research Group, 84 percent of parents believe it is important to teach their children to be courteous and polite; proper dining manners will help children do so in a variety of situations. Get some assistance with this important lesson with this returning opportunity to have the children in your life learn proper etiquette. Tickets are $15 per child and $10 per adult, which includes the interactive performance and a light lunch. Reservations are required.
