Watercolor for Beginners
Instructor: Rose Reilly Leonard, Teaching Artist
Have you always wanted to “understand” how to
successfully work with watercolor? Technique is
the focus of this course: wet-on-wet and dry brush
techniques, color theory, value for depth and contrast,
and the ability to work with the subtleties and obstacles
of watercolor. Step-by-step instruction with frequent
demonstrations throughout the session will guide you to
a finished painting.

Two session options: April 8, 15, 22, 29;
May 6 (Mondays); 12:00–2:00

Watercolor for Intermediates
Instructor: Rose Reilly Leonard, Teaching Artist
Expand on the lessons learned in the beginner course or
from previous experiences and learn new techniques as
you continue your watercolor journey.
