The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to lead and manage the human resources functions of Georgian Court University which include:
- management practices
- Equal Employment Opportunity
- training and development
- benefits planning and implementation
- employee relations
- organizational design
- facilitation of change
Human Resources is located at the 851 Building along the corners of Ninth Street and Lakewood Avenue and their extension is 2215/2282.
The end result of these functions is to support college effectiveness by attracting and retaining a competent and motivated staff through competitive and lawful practice.
The Office offers a full range of Human Resources services and is the repository of employment histories for all Georgian Court employees.
