The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to lead and manage the human resources functions of Georgian Court University which include:

  • management practices
  • recruitment
  • Equal Employment Opportunity
  • training and development
  • compensation
  • benefits planning and implementation
  • employee relations
  • organizational design
  • facilitation of change

Human Resources is located at the Eighth Street House and their extension is 2215/2282.

The end result of these functions is to support college effectiveness by attracting and retaining a competent and motivated staff through competitive and lawful practice.

The Office offers a full range of Human Resources services and is the repository of employment histories for all Georgian Court employees.
