Coach Moore just completed his fourth year at the helm of the Georgian Court soccer program. Under his leadership the Lions have emerged as a perennial power in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. In 2008 he led Georgian Court University (12-7-5, 7-1-3 CACC) to the CACC Championship and the program’s first ever NCAA Tournament. The 2008 season was highlighted by a school record 15 game unbeaten streak that included an upset of #16 ranked University of Bridgeport. Georgian Court finished ranked in the Top Ten of the regional polls for the third straight year.
In 2007 the Lions won a school record 14 games and played in the ECAC Championship game. Georgian Court finished ranked in the Top 10 of both the NCAA and the NSCAA Regional polls. The Lions have a .603 winning percentage in the past three seasons, which ranks them among the best in the New England region. Under Coach Moore the month of October has been when they have played their best soccer as the Lions are an impressive 13-1-3 the past two seasons.

Moore took over at Georgian Court prior to the 2005 season and immediately began the process of rebuilding the once proud program. After struggling to a 2-14-1 season in 2005, he returned in 2006 with eleven new players and led the team to an 11-7-3 record. The 8.5 game improvement was the largest in the nation in 2006. He also is the trainer for the U-13 Battle of Monmouth Fireballs, and TRSA U- 14 Fusion. He also individually trains youth players as well as directs the Georgian Court University Summer Soccer Camp.

Before coming to Georgian Court, Moore served as an assistant coach at Bryant University for six seasons. While at Bryant, Moore played a crucial role in turning around a Bulldog program which had not posted a winning season since 1993, helping the team earn its first national ranking and first NCAA Tournament bid in 2001. Bryant won 48 games in four seasons from 2001 to 2004, while Moore was on the staff.

A 1996 graduate of Providence College, Moore made his first foray into coaching soon after; obtaining an assistant women’s coaching position at his alma mater in 1998. While at Providence, Moore served as a student assistant on the 1993 Big East Championship team that went to the Sweet 16 in the National Tournament.

Moore has earned both a National and Advanced National License from the NSCAA and has been a member of that organization since 1993. He has also coached the Rhode Island Olympic Developmental Program and in 2005 his U-15 team became the first small state team to make the Regional Final 4.
